A couple months ago the press almost had it right, all except for the timing!  It is now official, petite celebrity 5’1″ Reese Witherspoon and her agent  Jim Toth at Creative Artists Agency are engaged.  Last Tuesday night (Jan. 4th) she was seen at a Lakers game sporting a 4-carat ring.  This appearance comes only days after the news was leaked to the public.

Of course the actress is all a glow with smiles, as she and fiance Toth watched the Lakers defeat the Detroit Pistons in at the Staples Center.   If you recall, the couple only started dating last January, and a couple months ago they both denounced the idea they were engaged, but Toth admitted he was falling for Witherspoon.  “Jim knows Reese is the one for him,” a source said. “It’s what he’s been waiting for. [Getting engaged] is a natural step for them.”

Who could say no to that ring?!  Research confirms the ring is designed by the William Goldberg Diamond Corporation.  The center diamond is set on a pave diamond-and-platinum band features and the center stone has 62 displayed facets and rounded corners to create a glowing sparkle.  How great is that!
